Donelli ist ein auf alkoholfreie Schauweine spezialisierter Hersteller aus Modena in Italien. Der Spumante Donelli Rosé hat ein wunderbar feines, intensiv anhaltendes und lebhaftes Bouquet. Die Trauben stammen aus Sudwestsizilien von der Insel Pantelleria und von Reben die zwischen 50 und 60 Jahre alt sind. Die Böden haben einen vulkanischen Ursprung und besitzen einen hohen Anteil an Zink, Kalium und Phosphor, was den Boden besonders fruchtbar macht.Der Donnafugata Kabir Moscato di Pantelleria präsentiert sich im Glas glänzend und strohgelb. Leicht goldene Reflexe verwöhnen das Auge. Der Duft des Süßweins ist unheimlich vielschichtig und reicht von reifem Obst, wie Nektarinen und Orange bis zu deutlichen mineralischen, erdigen Noten. Donnafugata Sur Sur Grillo DOC comes from vineyards in south-western Sicily, in the hilly hinterland between Marsala and Salemi. Above-average temperatures in July favored the ripening process of the grapes. The large temperature differences between day and night have produced an extraordinary intensity of aroma in the grapes.This white wine from the typical Sicilian Grillo grape variety has notes of fruit with light flesh, especially peach. The bouquet is complemented by wonderfully animating notes of fresh field flowers and freshly cut grass. Wonderfully soft and pleasantly balanced on the palate.Grillo is an indigenous grape of Sicily, but "Grillo" (the cricket) is also a small animal that brings good luck. The name sur, which means cricket, comes from the classical Arabic language, which was also spoken in Sicily. Doppio Passo Primitivo Puglia IGT 2024

Previous vintages of this Primitivo from Apulia have won numerous awards. The wine unites notes of sweet berries (blackberries, wild berries and cherries) and intense nuances of dried fruit in its bouquet. On the palate, the popular red wine from South Italy is wonderfully aromatic, velvety and full-bodied, with finely integrated tannins, showing a great density.The impressive, deep aromas and the full body of the Doppio Passo Primitivo are based on a traditional production process, which is similar to the Ripasso di Valpolicella method. After the first fermentation, the wine is added to the grape skins once again for a second fermentation. During this second step of the ‘double process’ (doppio passo), the wine extracts colour, aromas and a fine hint of sweetness from the skins once more. Enjoy this red wine made from hand-picked, ripe Primitivo grapes from Salento in Apulia with tangy cheeses, pasta, or game.
