The semi-dry red wine is made from 100% Merlot grapes and is grown by the Gino Brisotto winery in Friuli in north-eastern Italy. The winegrowing family has been running the estate for four generations and is widely known for its clean, varietal wines.
Serve the Brisotto Merlot delle Venezie IGT at a drinking temperature of 16 °C with starters, meat and pan-fried dishes as well as Italian pasta specialties and mild cheeses.
