Feudi Di San Marzano Gran Trio Rosso di Salento
The Feudi Di San Marzano Gran Trio Rosso Salento is a cuvée from the Gran Trio, the three great grape varieties of Apulia: Primitivo, Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera. The vines benefit from the sunny location and the cool breezes from the Adriatic coast. While Primitivo is characterized by its soft texture, a spicy aroma is typical of the Negroamaro grape variety. Malvasia Nera is characterized by a delicate fragrance. Thanks to this blend, this outstanding red wine from the Cantine San Marzano winegrowers' cooperative is a true taste experience. Aromas of plums, ripe cherries, candied fruit and cocoa meet notes of spices, chocolate, berries and figs.To fully enjoy the taste, this semi-dry red wine is best served at a pleasant drinking temperature of 16 to 18 °C. The Feudi Di San Marzano Gran Trio Rosso Salento is an excellent accompaniment to mature cheeses. It also goes equally well with meat dishes such as lamb with garlic and rosemary.Cantine San Marzano has a long history. 19 winegrowers, whose families have been cultivating the land for generations, joined forces in 1962. Since then, a remarkable cooperative of more than 1000 winegrowers has been established in southern Puglia (in the heel of Italy's "boot"). The land between the Adriatic and Ionian Seas produces wonderful wines that have contributed significantly to the rise of southern Italian viticulture.

Lenotti Massimo Veneto Rosso IGT
The Lenotti Massimo is produced in a limited edition, for which oenologist Giancarlo Massimo Lenotti guarantees a meticulous selection. The Corvina and Sangiovese grape varieties as well as other ancient ones such as Dindarella, Rebo and Oseleta are harvested in Lenotti’s “La Pra” vineyard, together producing this fine red wine from Northern Italy. Oseleta is an autochthonous red wine variety from the Valpolicella region. The phylloxera epidemic nearly killed it off completely, but today it is cultivated again in places. The Lenotti Massimo has an expressive, elegant bouquet. This red wine is characterized by notes of vanilla and the high-quality wood in which it is refined. On the palate, the Lenotti Massimo is complex, harmonious, dry, velvety and full-bodied. The grapes dried in boxes for 40 to 50 days. To refine this red wine, it was aged partly in larger oak casks and partly in French barriques. The Lenotti Massimo is an ideal accompaniment to roasts, red meat, game and aged cheese.

Cielo e Terra 3 Passo Rosso
The 3 Passo is a special kind of organic wine. The name stands for the production method. Put simply, the wine is composed of three parts. One third of the wine comes from overripe grapes, which are processed using the appassimento method. Another third is fermented naturally, whereby the so-called pumping over gives the red wine more color and flavor. The final third spends time in wooden barrels after fermentation, which gives the 3 Passo from Cielo e Terra its special character and brings aromas of vanilla and spices into the wine. It has a deep garnet red color in the glass and ripe, intense fruit notes on the nose. A light woody aroma complements this impression. On the palate, the Italian wine tastes strong and rich with fruit and light vanilla tones. The 3 Passo is soft, harmonious and full-bodied with a complex, long-lasting finish.Serve this wonderful dry red wine from Apulia with hearty dishes of all kinds, such as a T-bone steak. This wine from the Cielo e Terra winery is vegan.
