Der Von Blumen Flowers Pinot Nero Riserva ist ein außergewöhnlicher Rotwein aus der italienischen Weinregion Südtirol. In der Region auch als Blauburgunder bezeichnet stammt dieser Wein aus extra ausgesuchten Einzelparzellen des Weingutes. Der Von Blumen Flowers Pinot Nero Riserva zeigt sich im Glas mit einer leuchtenden rubinroten Farbe und entfaltet ein komplexes Bouquet von roten und schwarzen Beeren und einem Hauch von Gewürzen. Die sorgfältig ausgewählten Pinot Nero-Trauben werden mit größter Sorgfalt vinifiziert und reifen dann in Eichenfässern, um ihre Struktur und ihre charakteristischen Aromen perfekt zu entwickeln. Yarden Pinot Noir comes from the northernmost and generally considered the best appellation in Israel's Galilee region. The vineyards are located on a volcanic plateau between 400 and 1200 meters above sea level. The wine has fruity notes of bright raspberries and cranberries. There are also notes of violets and a hint of spice. An elegant expression of French oak plays in the background. The Yarden Pinot Noir matured for 16 months in mostly new oak barrels.
