Der Terre Siciliane Rosato IGT ist ein frischer und fruchtiger Sommerwein. So duftet dieser Rosé nach Erdbeeren und Himbeeren. Die Reben für diese Cuvée aus Syrah und Nero d'Avola gedeihen unter der Sonne Siziliens.

Für den Terre Siciliane Rosato IGT liest das Weingut Corte dei Mori ausgewählte Trauben der Rebsorten Syrah und Nero d'Avola. Besonders Nero d'Avola gehört zu den traditionellen Reben Siziliens, doch auch Syrah-Trauben fühlen sich wohl in dem mediterranen Klima, das auf der italienischen Insel herrscht.

Im Glas imponiert dieser Rosé mit einem dunklen Lachston. Fruchtige Aromen von Erdbeere und Himbeere steigen in die Nase, bevor sich beim Genuss der milde Charakter mit einer angenehmen Säurestruktur offenbart. Das darauffolgende Finale ist lang anhaltend. Mit seiner leichten Frische erweist sich dieser elegante Tropfen als perfekter Sommerwein.

Den Rosé aus dem Hause Corte dei Mori genießen Sie am besten bei 10 – 12 °C Trinktemperatur. Hinter Corte dei Mori steht der Winzer Mario Minini. Dessen Familie steht seit Generationen für hochwertigen Weinbau in der Lombardei. Durch sein Engagement auf Sizilien erweiterte Minini das hochwertige Angebot an Weinen von Corte dei Mori. Auf 80 Hektar in der Nähe Marsalas reifen nun die neuen Weine heran. Aus einer alten Poststation wurde eine moderne Kellerei. Bei Corte dei Mori vereinen sich sizilianische Tradition und sizilianisches Terroir (auf etwa 400 Metern Höhe) mit den professionellen, modernen Weinbautechniken des italienischen Nordens.
