Varvaglione 12 e mezzo Rosato del Salento

The 12 e Mezzo Rosato from Varvaglione comes from the heart of Apulia and is made from 100% Negroamaro grapes. This elegant rosé impresses with its freshness, fine fruit and Mediterranean lightness.

After a short cold maceration, the grapes are fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Ageing on the fine lees gives the wine additional volume and expression. It is a delicate salmon pink in the glass. Notes of strawberries, raspberries, peaches and flowers on the nose. Fresh, round and harmonious on the palate, with animating fruit acidity and fine minerality.

The 12 e Mezzo Rosato from Varvaglione is ideal with grilled fish, seafood, pasta or salads - but also perfect as an aperitif.

Varvaglione Vigne & Vini
