Elf Prozent is a light summer wine from the well-known German winery Manz, located in beautiful Rheinhessen. Three different grapes, Silvaner, Scheurebe and Rivaner, are married together in this dry white wine. The result is a juicy cuvée with wonderful apricot and peach notes. Melting aromas and racy acidity complement each other perfectly. Thanks to its low alcohol content, this wine matured in stainless steel tanks will tempt you to have a glass more.
