On the palate, the Neiss Schlossberg Weissburgunder (white burgundy) trocken (dry) Alte Reben shows a compact structure, with a lot of power and a pleasant length.

The white burgundy matured entirely in wooden casks. The lower-lying, protected Schlossberg vineyard with its massive limestone soils and their high nutrient content offers ideal conditions for the cultivation of burgundy grape varieties. The combination of warmth and limestone soils forms the basis for the outstanding fullness and power of this white burgundy.
