Chateau de Chemilly Coteaux Bourguignons Chardonnay

Der Coteaux Bourguignon ist ein Weißwein aus dem Burgund vom Chateau de Chemilly. Er gilt als der Einstiegswein des Chateaus. Der Wein besteht zu 100% aus Chardonnay Trauben und bringt das außergewöhnliche Terroir schon wunderbar zum Ausdruck. Die Weinberge befinden nahe den Gemeinden Beru und Vermenton und liegen am rechten Ufer des Flusses Serein. Die Trauben werden bei mäßiger Temperatur von maximal 20 Grad Celsius auf der Feinhefe vergoren. Danach schließt sich eine ca. 6-monatige Reifung im Edelstahltank an. Die Farbe des Coteaux Bourguignon ist goldgelb und glänzend hell. In der Nase zeigen sich Aromen von Birne und Quitte, die einen leicht exotischen Eindruck entwickeln. Am Gaumen präsentiert sich der Wein wunderbar fruchtig und blumig. Noten von Akazie und Orangenblüte verleihen dem Mundgefühl eine besondere Note. Die Säure ist leicht hintergründig, aber bis zum Abgang frisch.Probieren Sie den Coteaux Bourguignon als Aperitif. Production area: Selected vineyards of Neviera and Casa Rossa, located in San Marzano district. The soil is mainly “terra rossa”, with a fine texture and generally a calcareous undergound with a few emerging rocks. The well-known redness of these soils is due to the presence of iron oxides. The climate is characterised by high temperatures all year round, very few rainfalls and a wide difference of temperature between night and day, which has a nice influence on the quality of grapes. This is the “classical” central area of d.o.c. ”Primitivo di Manduria” Harvest period: Third decade of August, first decade of September Vinification: Hand-harvested in small baskets. Maceration: 18 days with selected autochtonous yeasts. You will find the Pascal Jolivet winery in the beautiful French town of Sancerre. Sancerre is an AOC-certified wine-growing region located around the eponymous village of Sancerre on the Loire, opposite Pouilly-Fumé. Only the Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir varieties are cultivated in this region, as all other varieties are not allowed to be traded as AOC classified.The Sauvignon grapes used to make the dry white wine were vinified individually from three different terroirs. The terroirs differ in their soil types. These are chalky-chalky, clayey-chalky or consist of limestone and flint and give the Sauvignon Blanc grape its specific characteristics.
