Der Domaine Pollier Saint Véran Blanc ist ein exquisiter Weißwein aus der südlichen Burgunder-Appellation Saint-Veran. Dieser Chardonnay besticht durch seine feinen Aromen und seine präzise Struktur, die das Terroir von Saint-Veran wunderbar widerspiegelt.

Im Glas zeigt sich der Saint Veran Blanc von Domaine Pollier in einem brillanten, blassen Goldton. In der Nase entfalten sich delikate Aromen von Pfirsich, reifem Apfel und Birne, ergänzt durch florale Noten von weißen Blüten und einer dezenten mineralischen Note. Am Gaumen präsentiert sich der Wein frisch und lebendig, mit einer feinen Balance aus Frucht und Säure. Es handelt sich um einen milden, cremig buttrigen Weißwein. As a philosophy, the winery intervenes as little as possible in the production process of the wines, so that wine connoisseurs enjoy discovering the wines’ unadulterated Chablis character.
