The Saint-Véran Les Préludes from the Terres Secrètes winery is an elegant Chardonnay that reflects the terroir of the southern Mâconnais in a special way. The vines are rooted in clay and limestone soils, which provide freshness and a characteristic minerality.

The grapes are harvested selectively and this white wine is then matured for 12 months on the fine lees in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. This gives it a creamy texture while keeping it fresh and lively.

It shines golden yellow in the glass, with aromas of peach, pear and white flowers such as acacia and honeysuckle on the nose. On the palate, it is juicy, full-bodied and perfectly balanced with an elegant freshness.

Terres Secrètes Les Préludes Pouilly-Fuissé is an elegant introduction to the great tradition of white Burgundy wines. Made from 100% Chardonnay, it grows exclusively on the slopes of the southern Mâconnais, where the terroir with its chalky soils and marl layers offers ideal conditions for complex, multi-layered wines. The highly fragmented plots allow for different exposures, which gives the wine remarkable depth and versatility.Vinification is carried out with the utmost care: after gentle pneumatic pressing, fermentation is temperature-controlled and each cuvée is monitored analytically. A portion of the wine matures for 12 months in oak barrels before being combined with the remaining portion and then matured for a further 6 months in stainless steel tanks. The white wine thus harmoniously combines the structure of the wooden barrels with the freshness and clarity of the stainless steel tanks.In the glass, it is a dry, multi-layered Chardonnay with fine aromas of white flowers and citrus fruits. Der Coteaux Bourguignon ist ein Weißwein aus dem Burgund vom Chateau de Chemilly. Er gilt als der Einstiegswein des Chateaus. Der Wein besteht zu 100% aus Chardonnay Trauben und bringt das außergewöhnliche Terroir schon wunderbar zum Ausdruck. Die Weinberge befinden nahe den Gemeinden Beru und Vermenton und liegen am rechten Ufer des Flusses Serein. Die Trauben werden bei mäßiger Temperatur von maximal 20 Grad Celsius auf der Feinhefe vergoren. Danach schließt sich eine ca. 6-monatige Reifung im Edelstahltank an. Die Farbe des Coteaux Bourguignon ist goldgelb und glänzend hell. In der Nase zeigen sich Aromen von Birne und Quitte, die einen leicht exotischen Eindruck entwickeln. Am Gaumen präsentiert sich der Wein wunderbar fruchtig und blumig. Noten von Akazie und Orangenblüte verleihen dem Mundgefühl eine besondere Note. Die Säure ist leicht hintergründig, aber bis zum Abgang frisch.Probieren Sie den Coteaux Bourguignon als Aperitif.
