Terres Secrètes Les Préludes Mâcon-Villages comes from the heart of the Mâconnais in Burgundy, where the vines grow between the Saône plain and the rolling hills of the region on typical clay-limestone soils. These soils allow the vines to thrive perfectly and give the white wine its unmistakable freshness and elegance.

The grapes are gently pressed at low pressure to preserve the fine fruit aromas. After careful filtration, the Chardonnay matures in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, allowing it to retain its brilliant clarity and lively freshness.

In the glass, the wine has a clear, bright appearance and captivates with aromas of white flowers, citrus fruits and yellow fruits. On the palate, it is round, supple and harmonious - a typical expression of its Mâcon-Villages appellation.

This Terres Secrètes Les Préludes Mâcon-Villages is suitable both as an aperitif and with light meals. It harmonizes particularly well with chicken, fried dishes, warm goat's cheese salad or classic cheeses such as Saint Nectaire. It is best enjoyed at 10-12 °C.

Der Coteaux Bourguignon ist ein Weißwein aus dem Burgund vom Chateau de Chemilly. Er gilt als der Einstiegswein des Chateaus. Der Wein besteht zu 100% aus Chardonnay Trauben und bringt das außergewöhnliche Terroir schon wunderbar zum Ausdruck. Die Weinberge befinden nahe den Gemeinden Beru und Vermenton und liegen am rechten Ufer des Flusses Serein. Die Trauben werden bei mäßiger Temperatur von maximal 20 Grad Celsius auf der Feinhefe vergoren. Danach schließt sich eine ca. 6-monatige Reifung im Edelstahltank an. Die Farbe des Coteaux Bourguignon ist goldgelb und glänzend hell. In der Nase zeigen sich Aromen von Birne und Quitte, die einen leicht exotischen Eindruck entwickeln. Am Gaumen präsentiert sich der Wein wunderbar fruchtig und blumig. Noten von Akazie und Orangenblüte verleihen dem Mundgefühl eine besondere Note. Der Château Tessendey 2019, aus der renommierten Appellation Fronsac im Bordelais, hat uns bei einer großen Verkostung, die im Rahmen der Primeur-Kampagne in Bordeaux stattfand, mehr als überzeugt. Er stach, was seine Qualität und das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis betrifft, aus der Masse der Konkurrenten heraus.Dieses Weingut ist seit 1972 im Besitz der Familie d’Arfeuille; die Cuvée ist typisch für das rechte Ufer Bordeaux, besteht sie doch aus weit überwiegend Merlot, mit einem Anteil von etwa 15% Cabernet Franc. 2019 ist anerkannter Maßen ein sehr gelungener Jahrgang und die Lehmböden mit darunter liegendem Kalksockel konnten hier ihr bemerkenswertes Potential ausspielen. Dementsprechend kraftvoll und intensiv, aber dennoch fein, kommt der Tessendey 2019 daher. In der Nase ein großer Fruchtkorb voll schwarzer und roter Beeren, Toast, Schokolade und viel Würzigkeit. Am Gaumen setzt sich dieses Erlebnis fort, mit weiteren Anklängen von Muskatnuss und Brombeeren. Die Tannine sind vorhanden, aber bereits jetzt schon gut integriert und geschliffen; der Ausklang ist lang.
