Seit 1870 und sechs Generationen im Familienbesitz, erstreckt sich das Château Peyroulet über 83 ha bestes Terroir. Die Rebgärten liegen auf  für das Bordelais vergleichsweise steilen Ton-Kalkstein-Hängen, die dem Peyrouley blanc das gewisse Etwas an Mineralität verleihen und für eine optimale Reifung und Wasserdrainage sorgen.

Die Assemblage besteht aus 30% Muscadelle, 20% Sauvignon blanc und 50% Sémillon; die langsame und bei niedrigen Temperaturen durchgeführte Gärung vermag die Aromen und Typizitäten dieser Sorten zu bewahren, was sich in einem schön balancierten, harmonischen Eindruck des Peyrouley ausdrückt.

Die Struktur und Saftigkeit des Sémillon, die exotischen Fruchtnoten und Zitrusaromen des Sauvignons und die milde Süße des Muscadelle bilden hier ein perfektes Team.

Ein toller Wein, solo auf der Terrasse, zu Fisch, Sushi oder einem knackigen Salat.

Der Château Le Gardera ist ein wunderbarer "every-day" Bordeaux, der, nicht zuletzt aufgrund seines Ausnahmejahrganges und der Hingabe seiner Besitzer, die das Gut auf 16ha seit 2010 biologisch betreiben, mit weitaus höherpreisigen Bordeaux mithalten kann.Die Cuvée besteht aus 70% Merlot und 30% Cabernet Sauvignon. Der Château Le Gardera ist von tiefer, rubinroter Farbe. In der Nase Aromen reifer Brombeeren, Pflaumen und Cassis. Der Gaumen zeigt Schokolade, Kaffee, etwas Gewürze und sehr samtige und geschliffene Tannine. Der Nachhall ist erstaunlich lang. Insgesamt ein Wein, der durch seine Fruchtigkeit und schöne Struktur gefällt und viel mehr bietet, als sein Preis erwarten lässt.Vor dem Genuss sollte dieser Wein derzeit etwa eine Stunde dekantiert werden. Er wird aber sicherlich noch bis 2027 viel Trinkfreude bereiten.Mit Freunden in geselliger Runde, zu Gegrilltem oder auch Hackauflauf und nicht zu intensiven Käsesorten ein toller Begleiter.

The 3 Passo is a special kind of organic wine. The name stands for the production method. Put simply, the wine is composed of three parts. One third of the wine comes from overripe grapes, which are processed using the appassimento method. Another third is fermented naturally, whereby the so-called pumping over gives the red wine more color and flavor. The final third spends time in wooden barrels after fermentation, which gives the 3 Passo from Cielo e Terra its special character and brings aromas of vanilla and spices into the wine. It has a deep garnet red color in the glass and ripe, intense fruit notes on the nose. A light woody aroma complements this impression. On the palate, the Italian wine tastes strong and rich with fruit and light vanilla tones. The 3 Passo is soft, harmonious and full-bodied with a complex, long-lasting finish.Serve this wonderful dry red wine from Apulia with hearty dishes of all kinds, such as a T-bone steak. This wine from the Cielo e Terra winery is vegan.
