Nose: Intense nose of red berry fruit mixed with sweet spice.

Der Jean Bousquet Chardonnay reifte zuerst im Edelstahltank, anschließend 4 Monate auf der Flasche. Nicht wie andere Weine, hat dieser Chardonnay bewusst keine Holzreifung erfahren. Dadurch ist der Weißwein ein perfekte Essensbegleiter mit einzigartigen Fruchtaromen. Die Trauben von dem Weingut Domaine Bousquet stammen aus den Regionen Mendoza und Tupungato in Argentinien, welche hervorragende Klimabedingungen auf einer Höhe von 1000 Meter für das Reifen der Reben bieten.Der reinsortige Chardonnay kommt aus einem biologischen Anbau und zeigt sich in einer hellgelben Farbe mit grünen Reflexen. In der Nase ist der Jean Bousquet Chardonnay geprägt von tropischen Fruchtaromen mit floralen- und Zitrusnoten. Am Gaumen angekommen, entfaltet der trockene Weißwein Aromen von Apfel, Birne und Limette mit einem leichten Ton süßer Gewürze.Dieser Weißwein lässt sich ideal zu Vorspeisen, Meeresfrüchten und Fischgerichten bei einer empfohlenen Trinktemperatur von 10-12 °C genießen.

Since its founding in 1995, Bodegas Salentein has spared no effort to become one of the premium wineries in Argentina. The winery succeeded in recruiting star oenologist José Galante, and invested millions in the construction of the wine cellar that was built underground in the shape of a cross and equipped with the latest technology. The Salentein Barrel Selection Cabernet Sauvignon is one of the most outstanding results of these efforts. It is a pure varietal Cabernet Sauvignon that matured for 12 months in French oak casks before it was bottled. It is a striking, intensely dark red – almost black - in the glass, offering the classic Cabernet Sauvignon aromas of currants, pepper and vanilla. It is fleshy on the palate, showing a very elegant structure and fine, soft, well-integrated tannins. The finish is long and voluminous. Those who prefer typical Cabernet Sauvignon wines will be delighted by this Salentein Barrel Selection. It is best served at a temperature of 16-18 °C (60.8-64.4 °F) and goes beautifully with lamb, game and mildly seasoned red meat. It is also an ideal accompaniment to hard cheeses. We recommend decanting the wine before drinking it so that the Salentein Barrel Selection Cabernet Sauvignon can develop its aromas to the fullest. Wine critics love this Cabernet Sauvignon and assess it as follows: Tim Atkin: 93 out of 100 points; James Suckling: 91 out of 100 points; Mundus Vini: Gold medal; Decanter World Wine Awards: Trophy 2003.

Das argentinische Spitzenweingut Trapiche beweist mit dem Trapiche Broquel Cabernet Sauvignon einmal mehr, dass es in all seinen Wein-Linien Kreationen herausragender Qualität bietet. Noten von Kirschen sowie balsamische Nuancen und unterschwellige Graphit-Töne und Anklänge von Pfeffer und Schokolade sind merklich.Am Gaumen ist dieser Rotwein aus den argentinischen Lagen Maipú, Luján de Cuyo and Uco Valley wunderbar fruchtbetont, vollmundig und harmonisch.15 Monate reifte der rubinrote Rotwein aus der Mendoza-Region in französischen Eichenfässern, wobei auch ein kleinerer Anteil neuer Fässer eingesetzt wurde. Auch das trägt dazu bei, dass dieser argentinische Cabernet Sauvignon nach dem Trinkgenuss noch lange nachhallt.Genießen Sie den reinsortigen Cabernet bei einer Trinktemperatur von 16 bis 18 Grad.  Er passt sehr gut zu Ossobuco, dem traditionellen Schmorgericht der italienischen Küche, kräftigeren Pastagerichten mit Fleisch oder auch zu kräftigeren Eintöpfen.
