Quinta do Noval Vintage Port 2018

The 2018 Vintage Port from Quinta do Noval benefited from the very good weather conditions in 2018. Sufficient moisture throughout the grapes' growth phase and plenty of intense sunshine until late summer allowed the grapes to fully ripen. This is reflected, among other things, in the residual sugar content of 100 grams. The fruit aromas are wonderfully clear and distinct. Beautiful blackberry and plum notes pamper the nose. A hint of licorice is the icing on the cake. The 18-month maturation in old wooden barrels has given the Quinta do Noval Vintage Port 2018 a stable backbone with a medium structure.
