The Blanc de Blancs from Bodega Macià Batle is a fresh and elegant white wine with a fine fruity balance - produced in Mallorca, the sun-drenched heart of the Balearic Islands.This wonderfully animating white wine combines complex notes of peach, grapefruit, apple, lychee, banana, fennel and tropical fruit on the nose. On the palate, the Macia Batle Blanc de Blancs is creamy, fresh and balanced, with a great intensity of aroma, fine minerality and refreshing acidity.Created predominantly from Prensal Blanc, the autochthonous grape variety of Mallorca, this white wine matured in stainless steel is a real summer delight. Discover it with crisp salads, light fish dishes and seafood or with fresh goat's cheese.

Macia Batle Rosado

The Macia Batle Rosado is a brilliant, intense pink in colour with ruby glints. The wine is redolent of fresh berries such as strawberries and raspberries and very ripe peaches as well. This creation consists of Manto Negro (Mallorca’s autochthonous grape variety), Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz. It is balanced and fresh on the palate, with a lovely acidity, a light tannin structure and a very fruity finish.This rosé from Mallorca, aged in stainless steel tanks, is a wonderful summer wine. Try the Macia Batle Rosado as an aperitif, with Mediterranean herbal cuisine, fried fish or seafood.

Macia Batle Tinto Anada

This blend, consisting of Manto Negro (Mallorca’s autochthonous grape variety), Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Shiraz, is redolent of wild berries, blackberries, cherries and plums, complemented by subtle roast aromas and a fine spice. On the palate, the Macia Batle Tinto Anada is juicy and berrylike, with a wonderful interplay of fruitiness and wood. The red wine from Mallorca matured for two months in barriques made of American oak. You’ll enjoy discovering the Macia Batle Tinto Anada with flash-fried meals, especially lamb fillet with herbs, for example.
