These intense notes harmonise with further, more delicate nuances of candied rose petals and ginger. On the palate, this fascinating white wine from South Tyrol is sumptuous and elegant, with a complex structure. Tiefenbrunner Merus Gewürztraminer Alto Adige DOC 2024

The bouquet of Tiefenbrunner Merus Gewürztraminer is characterized by multi-faceted notes of ripe grapes, honey, candied fruit and oriental spices. There are also nuances of sage and rose petals. On the palate, this white wine from South Tyrol is full-bodied and harmonious, with a beautiful smoothness and increasingly fruity aromatic depth.The grapes for this Gewürztraminer come from vines that are around 40 years old. They grow on south-southeast-facing slopes in the Kurtatsch and Entiklar area. Temperature-controlled fermentation takes place in concrete tanks, followed by four months of ageing in stainless steel tanks.Enjoy the yellow to golden yellow Tiefenbrunner Merus Gewürztraminer as the perfect aperitif. It should be served at a drinking temperature of 10 to 12 degrees. This white wine from the "Merus line" is also a very good choice for Asian cuisine, shellfish or chicken with garlic.

Wente Vineyards Chardonnay stands for the finest creations from the Livermore Valley near the San Francisco Bay. The morning coastal fog pushed by the Pacific winds to the vineyards of the traditional winery, lets mature the Chardonnay grapes very consistently. So wonderfully balanced wines develop with a beautiful minerality and acidity.The Wente Morning Fog Chardonnay is a blend of Chardonnay and Gewürztraminer. On the nose it offers invigorating aromas of apples and tropical fruits, which are wonderfully complemented by flavors of vanilla and toast. On the palate, full-bodied and with nice acidity.The fresh, crisp white wine was aged for five months to 50% in American oak and to 50% in stainless steel tanks to emphasize the natural fruit flavors. Wolfberger Signature Gewürztraminer d'Alsace AOC 2023

The Alsace wine region in France is the best-known region for the Gewürztraminer grape variety alongside South Tyrol. Wines that are generally ideal accompaniments to food. The Wolfberger Gewürztraminer Signature is a particularly good example of this.Even the strong golden yellow color shows the full complexity and aroma of the wine, which has a wonderfully exotic scent of mango, papaya and guava. This is accompanied by notes of jasmine blossom and a crisp apple aroma. The whole is framed by a sweetish cinnamon note. On the palate, this semi-dry white wine is full-bodied, crisp and zesty. Juicy fruits such as mirabelle plum and plum round off the slightly sweet taste. The finish is smooth and light.The Gewürztraminer Signature from Wolfberger is delicious with Asian dishes.
