Cool mornings and sunny afternoons throughout the summer allowed the grapes to ripen slowly and evenly. Careful selection and grapes sourced from various terroirs across the Napa Valley form the foundation for this wine’s complexity and depth.The nose reveals aromas of black and blue fruits with notes of plum and blueberry, accompanied by subtle hints of sweet spices. On the palate, the wine is elegant and balanced, with silky tannins that lend structure without overpowering the fruit. The multi-layered aromas unfold harmoniously, leading to a long, refined finish. Most of the grapes for the FAY Cabernet Sauvignon come from the middle and lower plots of the Fay vineyard, where they develop the characteristic red fruit aromas particularly beautifully and intensively.
