This fresh, fruity rosé offers on the nose notes of citrus, strawberry, blackberry, cherry and blackcurrant. The vineyards of Fronton, near Toulouse, are special because here the grape variety Négrette comes to their fullest potential. The Chateau Bellevue la Foret Rosé is a blend of mostly Négrette, added Gamay, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. On the palate the wine is round, balanced and smooth, with fine acidity. At the end a slightly spicy, long finish.Enjoy this remarkable French rosé, that shines in a bright pink colour, to chorizo, grilled red mullet, goat cheese or cheese cake.

The blend of predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon and a large proportion of Merlot comes from 19-year-old vines with small yields, but very high quality. On the nose Paul Mas Vignes de Nicole Cabernet-Merlot is elegant and wonderfully complex, with aromas of plums, red currants and spices. There are also notes of licorice and vanilla.More than seven months this creation of Domaines Paul Mas matured in (partially new) oak barrels. On the palate, the Vin de Pays d'Oc is beautifully balanced, with noticeable but mild tannins. The ruby Paul Mas Vignes de Nicole Cabernet-Merlot has a long finish with hints of chocolate.

This red wine of the traditional Domaines Paul Mas in Southern France is wonderfully balanced on the palate, with good structure and supple tannins.This Vin de Pays d'Oc comes from 15 year old vines and is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz. 50% of the assemblage matured for more than eight months in new oak barrels.Enjoy this fine red wine of Domaines Paul Mas with its long finish with hints of licorice.
