This fresh, fruity rosé offers on the nose notes of citrus, strawberry, blackberry, cherry and blackcurrant. The vineyards of Fronton, near Toulouse, are special because here the grape variety Négrette comes to their fullest potential. The Chateau Bellevue la Foret Rosé is a blend of mostly Négrette, added Gamay, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. On the palate the wine is round, balanced and smooth, with fine acidity. At the end a slightly spicy, long finish.

Enjoy this remarkable French rosé, that shines in a bright pink colour, to chorizo, grilled red mullet, goat cheese or cheese cake.

Für diese Weinkreation werden ausschließlich sortenreine autochthone Aglianico Rebsorten verwendet. Im Glas besticht der trockene Wein mit einem leuchtenden Kirschrosa. Die Nase zeichnet ein ausgeprägtes fruchtiges Bouquet aus, in dem sich die vorherrschenden Noten von Walderdbeeren und Himbeere mit den subtileren Noten von Kirsche und Granatapfel vereinen. This blend, consisting mainly of Négrette as well as Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc grapes, has a nose hinting of cherries, violets, blackcurrants and liquorice with nuances of green pepper. The red wine from the Fronton appellation in the south-west of France has a full body and the tannins are wonderfully integrated. Initially, the wine is fresh.
