Nach der Handlese werden sie gepresst und in Edelstahltanks mit ausgewählten Hefestämmen fermentiert, wobei später nur die besten Tanks verwertet werden. Zudem wurde nur ein kleiner Teil in neuen französischen Eichenfässern ausgebaut, was für eine schöne Struktur und Komplexität des Weines sorgt.Der trockene Weißwein zeigt sich im Glas leicht strohgelb mit grünlichen Reflexen.
