Aufgrund einer 30-monatigen Reife bringt dieser Champagner einen harmonischen Charakter und viel Finesse ins Glas. Der Assemblage wird ein Rotwein aus der Champagne hinzugefügt, welcher dem Rosé Sauvage nicht nur einen kräftigen rosa Farbton gibt, sondern auch rote Fruchtaromen. Der Piper-Heidsieck Champagne Rosé Sauvage ist geprägt von Fruchtaromen, wie Walderdbeere, Grapefruit, Johannisbeere, Brombeere und Kirsche. Ergänzt um feine Noten von z.B. Safran und Paprika. Am Gaumen zeigt sich dieser Champagner herrlich lebhaft und jugendlich. Wie im Namen schon transportiert ein fast wilder, temperamentvoller Schaumwein mit außergewöhnlichem Pep.

Der Piper-Heidsieck Champagne Rosé Sauvage eignet sich hervorragend als Aperitif. Auch als Speisenbegleiter für sommerliche Gerichte einsetzbar.

A Sauvignon Blanc from the Marlborough region, located in the north of New Zealand’s South Island, is a guarantor of quality. If it also comes from the Saint Clair estate with its internationally renowned wine producers Matt Thomson and Hamish Clark, the wine will certainly be a distinctive taste experience.The Pioneer Block 20 Cash Block Sauvignon Blanc shines straw yellow, hinting of black currants and lemon peel. It is sumptuous and complex on the palate, with notes of passion fruit, peach and black currants.The grapes from the Wairau Valley benefit from the vineyard’s special location. The maritime climate is slightly cooler compared to most vineyards in the Marlborough region. Thus, the ripening process proceeds more slowly and lasts longer. The grapes were harvested in the cool evening hours with an optimal depth of aroma. The fruit was pressed off as quickly as possible to minimise skin contact and juice deterioration following harvesting. After settling the juice was fermented using selected yeast in 100 per cent stainless steel at cool temperatures to retain fruit flavour and freshness. This batch was selected as a Pioneer Block wine due to its unique flavour, intensity and complexity. Crushed herb, blackcurrant bud, passionfruit and gooseberry. The wine has a pale straw yellow color with a green tinge. On the nose, intense aromas of tropical fruits such as melon and passion fruit as well as blackcurrant. Offiziell benannt nach der Lage in der O'Dwyers Road, enthält der Name „Oh! Block“ auch eine heitere Anspielung auf die ersten Reaktionen der Weintrinker beim Genuss dieses aromatisch vollen Weines: „Oh my goodness what amazing flavours!“.Die Trauben des reinsortigen Sauvignon Blanc stammen aus einem einzigen Weinberg gelegen an der O'Dwyers Road im unteren Rapaura-Gebiet nördlich vom neuseeländischen Blenheim. Dieser Standort hat fruchtbare, tiefgründige Schlickböden. Nach der Ernte wird der Saft sofort abgepresst, sodass der Kontakt mit der Schale gering bleibt. Die Gärung findet mit einer Vielzahl ausgewählter Hefen in Edelstahltanks bei kühlen Temperaturen statt, um Fruchtaroma und Frische zu bewahren.Der Saint Clair Pioneer Block 6 "Oh Block" zeigt sich im Glas in einem blassen Grün. Der Weißwein erreicht die Nase mit einem spektakulären Duft nach intensiven konzentrierten Aromen von Lindenblättern und zerstoßenem Thymian mit krautigen grünen Noten.
