The Rawson's Retreat Shiraz Cabernet is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz. This red wine from South Australia has a deep, dark red color. The bouquet offers fresh notes of red berries such as ripe raspberries. Also aromas of coconut, olives and truffles make the wine a taste experience. There are also subtle hints of oak. The soft tannins and persistent finish round out this pleasant taste experience.

In part, the Rawson's Retreat Shiraz Cabernet was aged in French and American oak. Enjoy the wine to juicy steaks, lamb and spicy pasta dishes.
