The grapes were hand harvested at het beginning of March, followed by cold maceration. With a sweet nose and pronounced acidity, it's an excellent wine to combine with spicey foods like Asian and Latino as well as seafood. Enjoy nog or during the next 2 to 3 years

Das argentinische Spitzenweingut Trapiche beweist mit dem Trapiche Broquel Cabernet Sauvignon einmal mehr, dass es in all seinen Wein-Linien Kreationen herausragender Qualität bietet. Noten von Kirschen sowie balsamische Nuancen und unterschwellige Graphit-Töne und Anklänge von Pfeffer und Schokolade sind merklich.Am Gaumen ist dieser Rotwein aus den argentinischen Lagen Maipú, Luján de Cuyo and Uco Valley wunderbar fruchtbetont, vollmundig und harmonisch.15 Monate reifte der rubinrote Rotwein aus der Mendoza-Region in französischen Eichenfässern, wobei auch ein kleinerer Anteil neuer Fässer eingesetzt wurde. The Domingo vineyard lends notes of citrus fruit with floral notes and excellent acidity. The Adrianna vineyard contributes green apple, pear and fig flavors with a strong mineral component and vibrant acidity.The wine shows a light yellow color with marked greenish tones. The aromas show tropical fruit flavors with touches of apple and pear as well as hints of cinnamon and minerals. The mouthfeel is full yet clean, with fresh, crisp acidity.
