Colomé Estate Malbec

The Colomé Estate Malbec comes from the high altitudes of the Calchaquí Valley in Salta, Argentina. Four vineyards between 1,700 and 3,111 meters above sea level produce grapes with intense fruit, freshness and unique minerality.

In the glass, it has a deep ruby red color and seduces with aromas of blackberries, red fruits and exotic flowers. On the palate, ripe black fruits combine with spicy oak notes and a hint of pepper, supported by fine-grained tannins and fresh acidity.

The grapes are harvested by hand, the red wine matures for 15 months in French oak barrels and a further 6 months in the bottle, allowing fruit and spice to harmonize perfectly.

Enjoy this Colomé Estate Malbec with grilled beef, lamb or spicy hard cheese at a drinking temperature of 16-18 °C.

Bodega Colomé

Bodega Colomé - Dem Himmel so nah.

Finca Las Moras Los Intocables Black Malbec
The Finca las Moras Los Intocables Black is exceptional in every respect. The name alone suggests that something new and innovative is in store for wine lovers. The name is based on the FBI agents from the 1930s who fought against Al Capone's alcohol trade, known as the "Incorruptibles". In any case, the 12-month maturation of the wine in used oak barrels in which famous American bourbon whiskeys were previously stored is unusual. The result is an incredibly round, delicate wine. The grapes, 100% Malbec, come from specially selected vineyards with mainly sandy soils interspersed with clay. A low grape yield and maturation in whiskey barrels give Los Intocables Black Malbec a very dark, almost black color. The wine has a full body and provides multi-layered impressions on the palate. There are notes of blueberry and plum as well as aromas of chocolate, caramel and vanilla. The wine leaves a soft, intense taste experience with a subtle sweetness.A wonderful accompaniment to anything roasted or soft cheese.

Jean Bousquet Malbec
The Jean Bousquet Malbec combines the power and fruitiness of Argentina with the finesse of French winemaking. The Bousquet family, originally from France, has settled in the high altitudes of Mendoza to produce wines of exceptional quality and authenticity. This Malbec impresses with its deep aromas, soft tannins and harmonious character. The grapes come from organically cultivated vineyards in the Uco Valley, one of Argentina's most renowned wine-growing regions. The continental climate with warm days and cool nights ensures optimum ripeness and intense aromas. After selective hand-picking, temperature-controlled fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fruitiness and freshness. Part of the wine is then matured for several months in French oak barrels, which gives it additional depth and elegant spice. In the glass, the Jean Bousquet Malbec is a deep, dark ruby red with violet reflections. The nose is dominated by intense aromas of dark fruits such as black cherry, plum and blackberry, complemented by subtle notes of violet, vanilla and a hint of cocoa. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied with silky tannins, well-balanced acidity and a long, elegant finish. This Malbec is the perfect accompaniment to hearty dishes. It harmonizes particularly well with grilled beef, lamb chops or spicy stews. It also unfolds its full sophistication with mature hard cheese or dark chocolate with a high cocoa content.Enjoy this Argentinian Malbec at a drinking temperature of 16-18 °C for the optimum taste experience.
