Der Antiche Terre Garda Bianco DOC ist ein Weißwein aus der Region Venetien in Italien. Es handelt sich um eine Cuvee aus den Rebsorten Garganega, Cortese und Chardonnay. Im Glas erstrahlt der Garda Bianco in einem klaren Strohgelb mit goldenen Reflexen. Die Nase bietet einen einladenden Duft nach Zitrusfrüchten, Grapefruit, ergänzt durch Noten von weißen Blüten und subtilen Anklängen von Birne und reifem Pfirsich. Am Gaumen präsentiert sich dieser Weißwein frisch und lebendig, mit einer gut eingebundenen Säure und einer angenehmen Fruchtigkeit. Der Abgang ist erfrischend lang mit einer leicht würzigen Note.Der Antiche Terre Garda Bianco passt hervorragend zu Meeresfrüchten, leichten Vorspeisen, Salaten und Gemüsegerichten. Vom Geheimtipp bis zu einem Star hat sich der Gorgo San Michelin Custoza DOC des Gardasees entwickelt. Das Familienweingut Gorgo hat hier die feinen Akzente gesetzt. Das Gleichgewicht zwischen Tradition und Innovation, viel Handarbeit und eine weitgehend biologische Wirtschaftsweise sind die herausstechenden Kennzeichen von Gorgo. Authentisch und sehr regionstypisch präsentiert sich der beliebte italienische Weißwein.Der Custoza ist eine Cuvée, die aus 3 verschieden traditionellen Rebsorten vom Gardasee vinifiziert wird. Der Trebbiano, der die Struktur und den kräftigen Körper liefert, der Cortese, der Frische und Harmonie bringt, und Garganega, der für die üppige Frucht und dezent blumige Aromatik sorgt. Zusammen formen Sie einen lebhaften, frischen und vollmundigen Wein.Die reifen Trauben werden spät von Hand geerntet. Es folgt eine 20-25-stündigen Mazeration auf den Schalen. Anschließend wird der Rebsaft in Edelstahltanks bei kontrollierter Temperatur vergoren. Der Custoza lagert danach weitere 6 Monate auf der Feinhefe und nach Abfüllung 3 Monate in der Flasche.Im Glas zeigt sich der Gorgo San Michelin Custoza DOC in einem intensiven strohgelb mit brillanten Reflexen. Aromen von grünen Äpfeln, Birnen und Blüten, unterstrichen von mineralischen und leicht grasigen Noten umspielen die Nase. Am Gaumen ist unser Star kompakt, mit gut eingebundener Säure. Sein Finale ist lang und fruchtig.Dieser wundervolle Wein lässt sich besonders gut zu Risotto, Geflügel und Fischgerichten trinken. Optimal entfalten sich seine Anklänge bei einer Trinktemperatur von 10°C.

Fruity aromas of peach and apple characterize the bouquet of the Lenotti ‘Colle Dei Tigli’ Bianco Del Veneto I.G.T., complemented by fine floral fragrances. On the palate, this fresh white wine is full-bodied, dry, clear structured and well-balanced. This blend consisting of the Cortese and Garganega grape varieties comes from centuries-old vineyards in the moraine region south of Lake Garda. The Northern Italian white wine is of a straw yellow colour with green glints.It is an ideal accompaniment to starters, first light courses of a set menu, fish dishes and white meat. The Lenotti ‘Colle Dei Tigli’ Bianco Del Veneto I.G.T. is also a real pleasure as an aperitif.

The Pio Cesare Gavi DOCG is an Italian white wine made from 100% Cortese grapes. The Pio Cesare winery, which has been in the family for five generations, has been producing outstanding red and white wines in Piedmont since 1881, taking care to treat the vineyard with the greatest possible care, with minimal intervention in nature. The excessive attention to detail even goes so far that no seasonal workers are used, but for reasons of continuity only experienced workers are employed, even during the harvest.This dedication is evident in the Pio Cesare Gavi DOCG. It is made from grapes from exclusive hillside vineyards in the Gavi region and is then fermented in steel tanks at low temperatures. The wine is also matured in steel tanks to preserve as much of its fresh character as possible.The wine has an intense aroma of spring flowers, citrus fruit, apple and minerals.
