Alvi's Drift Brut Rosé is an elegant, sparkling sparkling wine from South Africa that delights with its freshness and fruitiness. Produced in the Breede River Valley by the renowned Alvi's Drift winery, this sparkling rose wine combines South African passion with traditional craftsmanship.

The glass reveals a delicate salmon pink with a fine and lively perlage. On the nose, there are fresh aromas of red berries such as strawberries and raspberries, accompanied by notes of rose petals and a hint of citrus fruit. On the palate, Alvi's Drift Brut Rosé is wonderfully sparkling and balanced, with a perfect balance between fruitiness, fine acidity and a subtle creaminess. The finish is refreshing and elegant, with a light mineral note.

Alvi’s Drift ist ein familiengeführtes Weingut in der südafrikanischen Region Worcester und steht für preisgekrönte Weine mit außergewöhnlichem Preis-Genuss-Verhältnis. Gegründet im Jahr 1928, wird das Gut heute in dritter Generation von Winzer Dr. Alvi van der Merwe geleitet – einem Visionär, der Tradition und moderne Kellerkunst meisterhaft verbindet. Der Name „Alvi’s Drift“ geht zurück auf eine Flussüberquerung (Drift) über den Breede River, die von Großvater Albertus Viljoen van der Merwe gebaut wurde – kurz: Alvi.

Die Weinberge profitieren von fruchtbaren Kalksteinböden und dem ausgeglichenen Klima der Region. Alvi’s Drift erzeugt ein breites Spektrum an Weinen – von frischen Weißweinen wie Chenin Blanc und Sauvignon Blanc bis hin zu kraftvollen Rotweinen wie Pinotage, Shiraz und Cuvées aus internationalen Rebsorten. Nachhaltiger Anbau und selektive Handlese gehören ebenso zur Philosophie wie der Anspruch, Qualität für jeden zugänglich zu machen.
