The Haute Cabrière Pierre Jourdan Blanc de Blancs MCC Brut from South Africa is an elegant sparkling wine that impresses with its fine aromas. The nose reveals notes of summer fruits, fresh citrus freshness and subtle vanilla aromas, complemented by a fine, subliminal minerality.

On the palate, this Chardonnay-based composition is pleasantly creamy and wonderfully fresh at the same time. Around 40% of the wine was matured in French oak, which gives it subtle depth and a balanced structure.

The Haute Cabrière Pierre Jourdan Blanc de Blancs MCC Brut is an excellent accompaniment to oysters, seafood, tiramisu or a fine crème brûlée. Serve it well chilled at 6-8 °C to enjoy its full freshness and elegance.
