The Delheim Edelspatz 2018 has a golden straw colour with a youthful green tint hue. On the nose there are aromas of apricot, honey, peaches with undertones of orange blossoms and delicious kumquat. On the palate, flavours of the above mentioned fruit comes to mind again. It also has a vibrant acidity.

Blackberry and plum aromas, backed by undertones of dark chocolate and vanilla. The wine is elegant and lingers on the palate.Fermentation with selected yeast strains. Temperature was maintained at 25-28°C. Pump-overs were conducted 4 times a day until fermented dry. The wine was matured for 13 months in French oak, and then bottled with a screw cap.
