The Creation Art of Pinot Noir is a red wine from South Africa that is one of the flagships of the art of winemaking in the Cape. This Pinot Noir has a fascinating, multi-faceted aroma of rose petals, dark cherries, allspice, pepper and aniseed.

The density of aromas on the palate is also impressive. Lush notes of cherries and plums mingle with earthy aromas of mushrooms and spices. Bowman writes of a "tangy, tannic structure from 60% new oak for 12 months" and of a top wine with purity, precision and structure for eternity.

The light ruby Pinot Noir from the Art Of Creation range matured for a year in oak barrels, around half of which were new barrels. The barrels are meticulously selected and only the best are used for this South African red wine. The majority of the wine is vinified with whole grapes, i.e. without destemming and crushing. This is particularly suitable for Pinot Noir, as it extracts more color, aroma and structure.

Look forward to an outstanding Pinot Noir, which you should enjoy at a drinking temperature of 16 to 18 degrees. The dry Art of Pinot Noir goes wonderfully with a duck liver mousse with raspberries and thyme or with confit de canard.

Dark purple, almost black, the Creation Estate Syrah Grenache flows into the glass. This composition of 75 percent Syrah (Shiraz) and 25 percent Grenache has a seductive aroma of ripe black olives, tapenade (olive paste from southern French cuisine, including olives, anchovies and capers), ripe plums and umami (roughly: savory, spicy).On the palate, this Rhône-style red wine is full and aromatically deep.
