Benguela Cove Lighthouse Collection Sauvignon Blanc

The Benguela Cove Lighthouse Collection Sauvignon Blanc is a South African white wine. In the glass, the wine shows a greenish-yellow color and it smells of gooseberry and pineapple with a hint of guava, ripe nectarines and top notes of rose petals. The fruit intensity fills the mouth and finishes with salinity and an oyster shell-like minerality. Melon and white peach notes linger on the palate. Bone dry with a lemony acidity, this wine reminds you of the Old World as the fruit jumps out of the glass and reminds you where it comes from. Its lively character makes it a great food companion, but with plenty of fruit and a fresh palate, it is also perfect as an aperitif.

Try the Benguela Lighthouse Sauvignon Blanc with smoked salmon salad with capers or Caprese salad with ripe tomatoes at a drinking temperature of 8-10 degrees.

Creation Estate Sauvignon Blanc
The Creation Estate Sauvignon Blanc shines lemon yellow with a green shimmer in the glass. This white wine from South Africa stands out above all due to its impressive minerality. The cool vineyards of Creation Wines, located on a plateau in the Hemel-en-Aarde valley not far from the Atlantic, promote this mineral note. At the same time, the Sauvignon Blanc has a multi-faceted aroma of elderflower, papaya, cassis and passion fruit. Greg Mutambe also perceives these "seductive" notes in the bouquet and awards the Sauvignon Blanc 4 stars in John Platter's Wine Guide. Crisp on the palate, with wonderfully integrated acidity and minerality. The creation from six different Sauvignon Blanc clones grown by Creation Wines was deliberately not matured in wood. The minerality and fruitiness of the white wine from the Walker Bay region should be in the foreground.Try the refined Creation Estate Sauvignon Blanc with its great freshness, for example with sushi, goat's cheese, dishes with eggplants or a mussel pan.
