Saint Clair Family Estate was founded by Neal and Judy Ibbotson, viticultural pioneers in Marlborough since 1978, and has since become an internationally acclaimed brand, synonymous with distinctive quality wine from the north of New Zealand's South Island.This Saint Clair Origin Chardonnay was harvested at optimum ripeness from vineyards in the Marlborough region. Each site was deliberately selected to give the wine a special complexity. A delicious, fruit-driven wine with ripe peach, nashi pear, spice and hazelnuts with a long finish. It was matured in French and American oak barrels.The perfect accompaniment to seafood with cream sauces or light Thai coconut curry dishes. Also a good accompaniment to salads with vinaigrette dressing. This dry white wine is best enjoyed now or within two years.This wine from the Saint Clair winery is vegan.
