Farnese Fantini Vanita Pinot Grigio Terre d'Abruzzo IGP

With the Vanita Pinot Grigio IGP Terre d'Abruzzo, the Fantini Group presents a fresh and harmonious white wine from Abruzzo. The grapes come from select vineyards in the province of Chieti, where the cooler microclimate imparts intense aromas and lively freshness. The result is a versatile Pinot Grigio that delights with its balanced profile and approachable character.

After gentle pressing, the must is fermented at low temperatures. The white wine then ages on its fine lees for several months. This aging process gives it a harmonious structure and adds body, while preserving its fruity freshness and clean style.

In the glass, the Vanita Pinot Grigio IGP Terre d’Abruzzo presents a bright straw-yellow color with golden highlights. On the nose, aromas of peach, grapefruit, and lime unfold, accompanied by delicate herbal notes as well as subtle hints of vanilla, nutmeg, and soft oak. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, well-balanced, and pleasantly fresh, with a spicy, elegant finish.

This Pinot Grigio pairs excellently with rich appetizers, white meat, fish soups, and grilled or pan-fried fish. It is also an excellent choice with mild to medium-bodied cheeses. It is best enjoyed well-chilled at a serving temperature of 8–10 °C.
