The Nik Weis Mosel Riesling is a delicate, dry and brilliant wine that embodies elegance and clarity to perfection. It is a prime example of the fine balance of a classic Riesling: lively, fresh and wonderfully precise.

The nose and palate reveal captivating aromas of tropical fruit, complemented by notes of green apple and apricot. A fine mineral vein underlines the origin from the steep Moselle slopes and gives the white wine additional depth and structure.

The grapes are carefully harvested by hand and gently vinified to preserve the characteristic freshness and clear expression of the Riesling. Ageing and storage in stainless steel guarantee a brilliant, unadulterated fruitiness.

The elegant Nik Weis Mosel Riesling harmonizes perfectly with light starters, fresh salads, grilled poultry or fine Asian dishes. Ideally, it should be served at 8-10 °C to fully experience its lively acidity and delicate aromas.

Der Sankt Urbans-Hof im Mosel-Saar-Gebiet wurde 1947 von Nicolaus Weis gegründet. Sein Enkel Nik Weis trat 1997 in das elterliche Weingut ein und führt seit 2002 gemeinsam mit seiner Frau Daniela Weis, die selbst Winzertochter und diplomierte Kauffrau ist, das Weingut.

Die Rebfläche vom Weingut Sankt Urbans-Hof erstreckt sich über drei Mosel- und drei Saarlagen. Es gibt drei Grand-Cru-Lagen (Leiwener Laurentiuslay, Ockfener Bockstein, Piesporter Goldtröpfchen) und drei Ortslagen (Wiltinger, Saarfeilser, Mehringer), auf denen Nik Weis und sein Team ausdrucksstarke Weine erzeugen.

Das Weingut Sankt Urbans-Hof gehört mit einer Rebfläche von 35 Hektar zu den größten und wichtigsten des Mosel-Saar-Anbaugebietes. Der klare und qualitätsbewusste Stil wurde bereits mehrfach prämiert. Im März 2010 erhielt Nik Weis bei den "Feinschmecker" Wine Awards die Auszeichnung für die Wein-Kollektion des Jahres für das Weingut Sankt Urbans-Hof. Das Weingut exportiert auch in internationale Märkte und ist bekannt für Spitzen-Rieslinge.
