Einen Sauvignon Blanc von der Loire, den Sie nicht so schnell vergessen werden: Der De Ladoucette Comte Lafond Grande Cuvee hinterlässt mit seinem komplexen, intensiv aromatischen Bouquet großen Eindruck. Noten von Stachelbeeren und Zitrusfrüchten ergeben im Zusammenspiel mit dem Duft von frisch geschnittenem Gras und merklichen mineralischen Tönen (Feuerstein-Terroir) einen animierenden Duftstrauß.

Am Gaumen ist dieser Sancerre Blanc perfekt ausgewogen, trocken, mit einer frischen, lebendigen Säure und saftigen, frisch-fruchtigen Aromen (Mango und Litschi). Dazu kommt eine wunderbare Mineralität. Der Weißwein aus dem Herzen Frankreichs klingt noch lange nach.

Ladoucette baut die Weißweine bewusst nicht im Holz aus, sodass die Rebsorte ihre Vorzüge voll und unverfälscht entfalten kann. Die Trauben der Lagen um das Château du Nozet (Sancerre, Bué und Chaudoux) zeigen ihr ganzes Potenzial, denn die Macherinnen und Macher von Ladoucette verstehen es seit Jahrzehnten, Sauvignon Blanc von höchster Qualität zu kreieren.

Genießen Sie den feinfruchtigen, mineralischen Weißwein zu Pasta mit gegrillten Meeresfrüchten oder zu gebratener Seezunge. Hardly any other landscape in France is as fascinating as the wine-growing region around the Loire, which is renowned for outstanding wines. The De Ladoucette Pouilly Fume AOC,  is one of these wines, created by Baron de Ladoucette. His winery, the famous Château du Nozet, owned by the family since 1787, is the largest estate in Pouilly-sur-Loire and has been run successfully by the Baron since 1972.The soils on the Loire are characterised by lime, quartz and flint, which made the Sauvignon Blanc from Pouilly-Fumé world-famous. The French word ‘fumé’ (i.e. smoked) has a geological background. The flint in the wine-growing region gives the wine its smoky and mineral notes. In addition, the wine is characterised by aromas of tropical fruit, passion fruit, lemon and apple. On the palate, the Pouilly Fumé shows an invigorating acidity and a full body. Its long finish leaves a lasting impression.For optimal enjoyment, we recommend serving this white wine at a drinking temperature of 10-12 °C (50.0-53.6 °F). It is an ideal accompaniment to traditional Loire cuisine. It also goes beautifully with fish and poultry and is lovely to enjoy on its own as well.

The Pascal Jolivet Sancerre Blanc Clos du Roy is an exceptional Sauvignon Blanc from the renowned Sancerre appellation in the Loire Valley. The grapes come from the historic Clos du Roy vineyard in the commune of Crézancy-en-Sancerre. Around 50-year-old vines grow on the clay and limestone soils of this prestigious plot, whose yields give the white wine its special concentration, depth and expressiveness.The grapes are harvested by hand and carefully selected after the harvest. In the cellar, Pascal Jolivet uses a particularly gentle vinification process in which the grapes are processed using gravity in order to preserve the natural quality of the grapes as much as possible. Only the first run juice and the core of the pressing are used for ageing. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, after which the wine matures for eight months on the fine lees. This long maturation on the lees gives it additional complexity, fullness and elegance.In the glass, the Pascal Jolivet Sancerre Blanc Clos du Roy presents a precise and multi-layered aroma. Notes of citrus fruit, green apple and fine mineral nuances characterize the bouquet. On the palate, the wine is dry, full of character and harmonious, with lively fruit, fine structure and remarkable length. Its chalky origin gives it an elegant minerality and a long, persistent finish.This elegant Sauvignon Blanc is an excellent accompaniment to shellfish, fish dishes in fine sauces and ceviche. You will find the Pascal Jolivet winery in the beautiful French town of Sancerre. Sancerre is an AOC-certified wine-growing region located around the eponymous village of Sancerre on the Loire, opposite Pouilly-Fumé. Only the Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir varieties are cultivated in this region, as all other varieties are not allowed to be traded as AOC classified.The Sauvignon grapes used to make the dry white wine were vinified individually from three different terroirs. The terroirs differ in their soil types. These are chalky-chalky, clayey-chalky or consist of limestone and flint and give the Sauvignon Blanc grape its specific characteristics. The Sancerre Blanc matures for several months.In the glass, the white wine is bright and shiny golden yellow. Beautiful aromas of citrus fruit unfold on the nose. This wonderful wine is full-bodied and very well balanced.For optimum enjoyment, serve the Pascal Jolivet Sancerre Blanc AOC at a drinking temperature of 8-10 °C with goat's cheese and fish dishes.
