This wine is among the champagnes always a special because it is made from just one white grape variety, therefor the name Blanc de Blancs.

A beautiful wine with gorgeous bronze tones, sparkling with rare finesse. A delicate, elegant nose with scents of laurel and honeysuckle and a slight hint of white fruit.

Soft and ripe on the palate with beautiful apricot, peach and ripe plums aromas. Beautiful, silky texture. Sheer floral flavors with a slight velvet touch. A balanced, lush wine.

An ideal aperitif, but also super with beautiful white fish, caviar cream sauce, wild perch, salmon and marinated scallops.

Deutz Brut Vintage champagne is created in only the best years, when a vintage is declared. Only nine vintages have been released since 1974. The wines are blended from the finest crus and aged for at least three years on the lees, one year more than required, in order to develop a rich bouquet and flavour. A blend of approximately 60% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Meunier produces the elegant finish typical of Deutz champagne. The nose hints at mirabelle plums, lemon and a certain minerality. On the palate, the presence of vibrant fruit flavours enhances the structure, balance, and ripeness. The Pinots and Chardonnay merge perfectly to reveal all the delicious flavours of the Champagne grapes. This champagne is suitable for keeping, and its underlying tones of dried fruit and dates will develop over time.

Montes Folly - the famous 100% Shiraz (Syrah) from Viña Montes - is also in the vintage 2011 an outstanding example of Chilean viticulture arts. The wine has a deep, ruby red color. On the nose the wine is intense and classy. Notes of blueberries, blackberries and plums harmonize wonderful with hints of chocolate.On the palate, the Shiraz offers an exceptional complexity and structure. Aromas of boysenberry, mocha, espresso and blackberries are wonderfully highlighted by velvety, powerful tannins. The persistent finish is wonderfully invigorating thanks to its fresh acidity.Enjoy this exceptional wine from Chile with red meats, lamb or venison. Decant the Montes Folly at least one hour before serving. The wine can be enjoyed now but will improve over the next 20 years.

Champagne Deutz Brut Rose

A many-hued colour with strong pink tinges and fine bubbles. The nose is fresh and direct, with aromas reminiscent of cherries, blackberries, pomegranates and redcurrants.On the palate, the wine shows a deliciously full body that follows on perfectly from the nose. Its flavours remind one of fresh strawberries and raspberries. The finish has a pleasantly acidulous character that adds to the impression of finesse given by this romantic and well-balanced wine.The champagne made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes from the Montagne de Reimsregion, and from Premiers Crus andGrands Crus. Its specific style and colour are the result of blending in 8% of red wine produced from a plot of old vines on the hill of Aÿ, and from a plot known as “Meurtet”. Both are particularly well sited and belong to Deutz. The red wine is made by our cellar-master. After almost three years ageing on its lees, the aromas have softened and harmonised, giving this Brut Rosé a particularly subtle nose, and a very interesting mixture of softness and freshness on the palate.This can be enjoyed as much as an aperitif as with a meal, where it would provide the perfect foil for salmon cooked with mushrooms, beef carpaccio, duck with red berry sauces, roast lamb chops or certain fresh and creamy cheese, such as Chaource or Brillat Savarin.Also available as a 0,75 liter bottle.
