The Domaine des Genèves Bourgogne Chardonnay comes from the family-run Domaine des Genèves winery in the Tonnerrois region of northern Burgundy. The region’s limestone- and clay-rich soils produce fresh, elegant Chardonnay wines with a typical Burgundian character. Made from 100% Chardonnay, this white wine impresses with its balanced profile and pleasant freshness.
In the glass, the Domaine des Genèves Bourgogne Chardonnay displays a clear, pale yellow color with brilliant highlights. On the nose, delicate aromas of citrus fruits and white flowers unfold. On the palate, the Chardonnay is fresh, harmonious, and elegant. Its lively acidity is accompanied by a subtle minerality, resulting in a balanced, pleasantly fruity finish.
The wine is aged in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, where both alcoholic and malolactic fermentation take place. The white wine is then gently clarified and filtered to optimally preserve its freshness and varietal aromas.

Die Domaine des Genèves ist ein traditionsreiches Familienweingut im Herzen der bekannten Weißweinregion Chablis in der Bourgogne im nördlichen Burgund, Frankreich. Seit den 1970er-Jahren gehört das Anwesen der Familie Aufrère, heute geführt von Stéphane Aufrère, der die Rebflächen mit großer Leidenschaft und Respekt vor dem Terroir bewirtschaftet.
