Am Gaumen ist dieser Grauburgunder aus dem Elsass kräftig, mit ausgeprägter Textur und toller Harmonie. Im Abgang leicht, saftig und herrlich frisch.

Dieser Pinot Gris von der traditionsreichen Familie Hugel reifte an Rebstöcken heran, die etwa 30 Jahre alt sind. In mittlerweile 13. Generation erfreut sich das Weingut Hugel mit seinen Weißweinen aus besten Lagen im Elsass am Fuß der Vogesen unter Weinfreundinnen -und freunden riesiger Beliebtheit.

Der hellgrün schimmernde, klassische elsässischen Pinot Gris ist schon jetzt ein Geschmackserlebnis, kann aber auch noch 3 bis 5 Jahre gelagert werden. Die ideale Trinktemperatur liegt bei 8 Grad. Der Weißwein aus dem Osten Frankreichs harmoniert wunderbar mit Hummer oder Languste, aber auch mit hellem Fleisch vom Kalb oder Schwein.
