Parker Estate was founded in 1985 and is characterized by precision and care. The winery is located in the renowned Coonawarra growing region in South Australia, which offers ideal conditions for Cabernet Sauvignon thanks to its terra rossa soils and distinctive ripening climate.

Deep red with a bright ruby rim, it displays classic Cabernet aromas with dark berry fruits, a hint of cedar and fine notes of licorice. On the palate, the wine impresses with a well-structured texture, powerful tannins, lush berry notes, hints of milk chocolate and a subtle hint of cherry cola.

Langmeil Jackman's Cabernet Sauvignon is a 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, based on 35+ year old vines. The wine matured 24 month in 50% new and 50% seasoned French oak Hogsheads. These are some of the fundamental components of a wonderful wine from the famous Barossa-region in South-Australia.The wine has a deep crimson colour with purple hues. On the nose lifted blackcurrants and blueberry aroma entwine with biscuity French oak, chocolate and hints of black olive and liquorice. On the palate bright, juicy. Blue and red fruits flow onto the palate which is medium to full bodied. Briary spice adds to the complexity and the sweet fruit is well balanced with fine, silky tannins which lengthen the fruitful and velvity finish.
