Parker Estate was founded in 1985 and is characterized by precision and care. The winery is located in the renowned Coonawarra growing region in South Australia, which offers ideal conditions for Cabernet Sauvignon thanks to its terra rossa soils and distinctive ripening climate.

On the nose lifted blackcurrants and blueberry aroma entwine with biscuity French oak, chocolate and hints of black olive and liquorice. On the palate bright, juicy.
