Freuen Sie sich auf einen Weißwein aus Südamerika, der anregend nach frisch-fruchtigen Noten von Ananas, weißem Pfirsich, Aprikose und Zitrusfrüchten duftet. Hinzu kommen zarte, buttrige Nuancen und eine feine Würze. Am Gaumen ist der Zuccardi Serie A Chardonnay-Viognier trocken und zugleich intensiv frisch, mit merklichen mineralischen Tönen und einer angenehmen Cremigkeit.

Der Blend aus 70% Chardonnay und 30% Viognier wurde für sechs Monate in französischen Eichenfässern ausgebaut. Die Weinbaukunst Zuccardis hat dem Weingut international große Anerkennung eingebracht. In Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate nehmen zahlreiche Weine spielerisch die magische 90-Punkte-Marke, viele auch die 95-Punkte-Marke. Auch Kreationen der Serie A-Linie werden regelmäßig mit 90 oder mehr Punkten bewertet. Das Magazin Wine Enthusiast zeichnete Zuccardi 2022 als „Best New World Winery of the year” aus.

The Life from Stone Sauvignon Blanc from Springfield Estate in Robertson, South Africa, is an impressive example of the region's exceptional minerality. On the estate's extremely stony quartz soils, the vines thrive in challenging conditions, giving the wine its characteristic pebbly, mineral expression. Every step in the vineyard reflects the meticulous handiwork of Springfield Estates: the planting of the older vines required monumental efforts, sometimes even the use of dynamite, to penetrate the hard rock.The vines are planted on a gently south-facing slope with 6060 vines per hectare. The climate is characterized by moderate summers with cool nights and cold winters, while the southeast wind in summer ensures healthy, aromatic grapes. These grapes are harvested at night and immediately protected with dry ice to preserve their freshness and fine aromas. Before bottling, only a 2.5-micron filtration is carried out - a gentle treatment that preserves the natural freshness and complexity of the wine.Intense minerality meets fresh citrus and green apple notes, which are typical of Sauvignon Blanc. On the palate, the white wine has a powerful, concentrated body, fine elegance and a long, lively finish.Perfect with grilled vegetables, goat's cheese, light pasta dishes with herb or lemon sauces and fresh salads.
