Freuen Sie sich auf einen Weißwein aus Südamerika, der anregend nach frisch-fruchtigen Noten von Ananas, weißem Pfirsich, Aprikose und Zitrusfrüchten duftet. Hinzu kommen zarte, buttrige Nuancen und eine feine Würze. Am Gaumen ist der Zuccardi Serie A Chardonnay-Viognier trocken und zugleich intensiv frisch, mit merklichen mineralischen Tönen und einer angenehmen Cremigkeit.

Der Blend aus 70% Chardonnay und 30% Viognier wurde für sechs Monate in französischen Eichenfässern ausgebaut. Die Weinbaukunst Zuccardis hat dem Weingut international große Anerkennung eingebracht. In Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate nehmen zahlreiche Weine spielerisch die magische 90-Punkte-Marke, viele auch die 95-Punkte-Marke. Auch Kreationen der Serie A-Linie werden regelmäßig mit 90 oder mehr Punkten bewertet. Das Magazin Wine Enthusiast zeichnete Zuccardi 2022 als „Best New World Winery of the year” aus.

The Buitenverwachting Chardonnay from the Constantia region (South Africa) is a powerful and elegant white wine that impressively reflects the special climatic conditions of this cool coastal location. The contact with the fresh winds of the Atlantic and the mineral granite soils give the wine a distinctive freshness and fine structure.In the glass, the Chardonnay is a sparkling golden yellow. The nose seduces with notes of citrus fruits such as lemon and grapefruit, exotic fruits such as mango and pineapple as well as a hint of flint, vanilla and gently toasted wood. The interplay of freshness, fruit and elegantly integrated oak spice makes this wine authentic and multi-layered.On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and creamy, balanced by a lively acidity. The ageing in French oak - typically several months in barriques - provides additional depth and a persistent texture without overpowering the freshness.At a drinking temperature of 10-12°C, Buitenverwachting Chardonnay is an ideal accompaniment to roast chicken, cold salmon, rich vegetables or soft cheese. Eine Cuvee aus den Rebsorten Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot und Petit Verdot. Es handelt sich also um einen sogenannten Bordeaux Blend. Ein dunkles Violett im Glas lässt schon die Komplexität dieses Rotweines erahnen. Die Nase zeigt sich verführerisch und dicht. Der Anthonij Rupert Optima duftet herrlich nach Pfeffer und dunklen Früchten. Am Gaumen wunderbar elegant und geschmeidig mit Noten von Blaubeere, Cassis, Zedernholz, Veilchen, Kakao und Zigarrenkiste. Die samtige Textur mit feinen geschliffenen Tanninen verleiht dem Wein eine besondere Raffinesse. Dabei sind die Eichenaromen stets harmonisch integriert. 20 Monate verbrachte der Antonij Rupert Optima in Barrique Fässern, was ihm eine umfangreiche Aromatik gibt. In allen Belangen ein besonderer Rotwein. Anthonij Rupert Optima genießt man am besten zu Steak vom Grill oder einem indischen Curry Gericht.
