This wonderful Argentinian Malbec from the Trapiche estate is redolent of black cherries, blackberries and bilberries. On the palate, it is full-bodied and fresh, with sweet, juicy tannins and an elegant finish. The notes of wood are nicely integrated.

Das argentinische Spitzenweingut Trapiche beweist mit dem Trapiche Broquel Cabernet Sauvignon einmal mehr, dass es in all seinen Wein-Linien Kreationen herausragender Qualität bietet. Noten von Kirschen sowie balsamische Nuancen und unterschwellige Graphit-Töne und Anklänge von Pfeffer und Schokolade sind merklich.Am Gaumen ist dieser Rotwein aus den argentinischen Lagen Maipú, Luján de Cuyo and Uco Valley wunderbar fruchtbetont, vollmundig und harmonisch.15 Monate reifte der rubinrote Rotwein aus der Mendoza-Region in französischen Eichenfässern, wobei auch ein kleinerer Anteil neuer Fässer eingesetzt wurde. Auch das trägt dazu bei, dass dieser argentinische Cabernet Sauvignon nach dem Trinkgenuss noch lange nachhallt.Genießen Sie den reinsortigen Cabernet bei einer Trinktemperatur von 16 bis 18 Grad.  Er passt sehr gut zu Ossobuco, dem traditionellen Schmorgericht der italienischen Küche, kräftigeren Pastagerichten mit Fleisch oder auch zu kräftigeren Eintöpfen.

Der argentinische Trapiche Broquel Chardonnay besitzt eine goldgelbe Farbe.Der Wein riecht intensiv nach tropischen Früchten, grünen Äpfeln, mit einem Deut Vanille und etwas honigartigem.Im Geschmack ist der Weißwein voll und kräftig, auch hier mit viel Frucht, jedoch auch einer Note von Vanille.Die Trauben werden nach den Handlese von ihren Stielen befreit. Die Gärung erfolgt in rostfreien Stahltanks bei einer Temperatur von 15°C. Malolaktische Fermentation auf der eigenen „lie“. 20% der Reifung findet in neuen Fässern aus französischer und amerikanischer Eiche, während einer Zeit von 9 Monaten statt.Genießen Sie den Trapische Broquel Chardonnay zu frischem Fisch, Pasta-Gerichten, Obst oder weichen Käse.
