Der Finca las Moras Los Intocables  Black ist in jeder Hinsicht außergewöhnlich. Schon die Namensgebung lässt vermuten, dass hier etwas Neues, Innovatives auf den Weingenießer zukommt. Der Name ist angelehnt an die FBI Agenten aus den 1930er Jahren, die gegen den Alkoholhandel Al Capones kämpften, bekannt als die „Unbestechlichen“. Ungewöhnlich ist auf jeden Fall die 12-monatige Reifung des Weins in gebrauchten Eichenfässern, in denen vorher berühmte amerikanische Bourbon-Whiskeys lagerten. Das Resultat ist ein unheimlich runder, feingliedriger Wein.

Die Trauben, zu 100% Malbec, stammen aus speziell ausgesuchten Weinbergslagen, die vornehmlich sandige, mit Lehm durchsetzte Böden aufweisen. Ein geringer Traubenertrag und die Reifung in den Whiskey Fässern geben dem Los Intocables Black Malbec eine sehr dunkle, fast schwarze Farbe. Der Wein hat einen vollen Körper und sorgt am Gaumen für vielschichtige Eindrücke. Es finden sich sowohl Noten von Blaubeere und Pflaume als auch Aromen von Schokolade, Karamell und Vanille. Der Wein hinterlässt ein weiches, intensives Geschmackserlebnis mit dezenter Süße.

Clos de los Siete
The Clos de los Siete has an enticing nose offering intense notes of ripe fruit such as bilberries, cassis and raspberries, complemented by nuances of pepper, roast aromas, hints of sweet liquorice and a fine spice.
