The vineyards in this terroir, located in Valle de Uco, are more than 40 years old. The soil is light, sandy and somewhat muddy, very permeable, with some rolling stone and a discontinuous layer of caliche at a depth of 80 cm.
Our irrigation method is traditional, using water from the Andes. This vineyard has the coldest climate of all of our terroirs. Very cool nights, warm days, and a permanent light breeze bring healthy benefits. Grapes mature slowly and in a balanced way.
Temis Vineyard offers wines with an aroma that offers reminiscences of fresh fruit, with floral notes, and presents soft and rounded tannins.
