Terres Secrètes Les Préludes Mâcon-Villages comes from the heart of the Mâconnais in Burgundy, where the vines grow between the Saône plain and the rolling hills of the region on typical clay-limestone soils. These soils allow the vines to thrive perfectly and give the white wine its unmistakable freshness and elegance.The grapes are gently pressed at low pressure to preserve the fine fruit aromas. After careful filtration, the Chardonnay matures in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, allowing it to retain its brilliant clarity and lively freshness.In the glass, the wine has a clear, bright appearance and captivates with aromas of white flowers, citrus fruits and yellow fruits. On the palate, it is round, supple and harmonious - a typical expression of its Mâcon-Villages appellation.This Terres Secrètes Les Préludes Mâcon-Villages is suitable both as an aperitif and with light meals. Terres Secrètes Les Préludes Pouilly-Fuissé Blanc AOC

Terres Secrètes Les Préludes Pouilly-Fuissé is an elegant introduction to the great tradition of white Burgundy wines. Made from 100% Chardonnay, it grows exclusively on the slopes of the southern Mâconnais, where the terroir with its chalky soils and marl layers offers ideal conditions for complex, multi-layered wines. The highly fragmented plots allow for different exposures, which gives the wine remarkable depth and versatility.Vinification is carried out with the utmost care: after gentle pneumatic pressing, fermentation is temperature-controlled and each cuvée is monitored analytically. A portion of the wine matures for 12 months in oak barrels before being combined with the remaining portion and then matured for a further 6 months in stainless steel tanks. The white wine thus harmoniously combines the structure of the wooden barrels with the freshness and clarity of the stainless steel tanks.In the glass, it is a dry, multi-layered Chardonnay with fine aromas of white flowers and citrus fruits. As it matures, elegant notes of hazelnut, almond, vanilla and flint develop. The nose is delicate and precise, on the palate the wine is full-bodied, creamy and at the same time carried by lively minerality - a Burgundy of great class.Terres Secrètes Les Préludes Pouilly-Fuissé is versatile - as an elegant aperitif as well as an accompaniment to refined dishes. It harmonizes particularly well with fried or steamed fish, shellfish, white meat or poultry in creamy sauces. It is best enjoyed at a temperature between 11 and 13 °C.This Chardonnay has a storage potential of 3 to 10 years, gaining complexity and depth in the process.

The Saint-Véran Les Préludes from the Terres Secrètes winery is an elegant Chardonnay that reflects the terroir of the southern Mâconnais in a special way. The vines are rooted in clay and limestone soils, which provide freshness and a characteristic minerality.The grapes are harvested selectively and this white wine is then matured for 12 months on the fine lees in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. This gives it a creamy texture while keeping it fresh and lively.It shines golden yellow in the glass, with aromas of peach, pear and white flowers such as acacia and honeysuckle on the nose. On the palate, it is juicy, full-bodied and perfectly balanced with an elegant freshness.Terres Secrètes Les Préludes Saint-Véran is an excellent accompaniment to white meat, fried fish, goat's cheese and mature cheese. Best enjoyed at 10-12 °C.
