The De Gras Cabernet Sauvignon comes from the renowned Viña MontGras winery in the Central Valley in Chile.Aroma of ripe plums, delicate roasted and vanilla notes. Taste of red berries, soft and pleasing with a beautiful length.The grapes for the DeGras wines come from our own vineyards in the Colchagua Valley and are all harvested by hand. The wines are fruity and balanced and, above all, uncomplicated to enjoy. They are elegant, varietal representatives of their type.The majority of this De Gras Cabernet Sauvignon is matured in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fruit almost perfectly. Around 10% matures for 6 months in small French and American oak barrels to give the red wine a firm structure and spiciness.RECOMMENDATION: with roast meat, light game and cheese

This exceptional Eikendal Infused by Earth Cabernet Franc comes from a particularly barren and stony section of the Classique vineyard, characterized by so-called "Koffieklip", deep clay and weathered granite. The vines grow there without artificial irrigation under natural stress conditions - the result: small, highly concentrated berries that produce a powerful yet elegant red wine.The grapes are harvested selectively in three stages of ripeness - from pre-fruit-fresh to fruit-fresh to ripe - which gives the wine a fascinatingly complex spectrum of aromas. A small proportion of whole grapes provides additional freshness and mineral notes. After a particularly long maceration period and natural spontaneous fermentation, the wine is matured for 12 months in 500-liter French oak barrels, whereby untoasted barriques do not mask the fine varietal character.In the glass, the Eikendal Cabernet Franc impresses with intense aromas of dark berries, herbs, fine spices and a hint of graphite. The well-integrated acidity, silky tannins and mineral undertone make it an extremely exciting and long-lasting red wine.Serving tip: This wine develops particularly harmoniously at a serving temperature of 18-20 °C. The Glenwood Grand Duc Noblesse from the Glenwood vineyard is an exceptional sweet wine made from 29-year-old vines that thrive on the well-drained soils of Clovelly and Avalon. Without artificial irrigation, the grapes slowly develop their full aroma.Before pressing, they undergo an additional selection process to guarantee the highest quality. Only the best, noble rotten berries are used. After pressing, the juice is filled into small, selected French oak barrels with a capacity of 225 liters, where it is fermented and fermentation is stopped naturally at 130 g of residual sugar per liter.The result is a harmonious sweet wine with a golden yellow color and seductive notes of nuts, honey and citrus fruits, with subtle similarities to the famous Sauternes. On the palate, it is lively, sweet and elegant with aromas of passion fruit and lychee.Serve the Glenwood Grand Duc Noblesse slightly chilled at 8-10 °C with duck liver parfait, dark chocolate fondant or mature blue cheese. Drink now or after 10-15 years for added complexity.
