Der Bosstok Pinotage von MAN Family Wines ist ein charakterstarker Rotwein aus Südafrika, der die einzigartige Aromatik dieser Rebsorte auf moderne Weise interpretiert. Mit seiner fruchtigen Intensität, feinen Würze und sanften Tanninen ist er ein wunderbarer Vertreter des südafrikanischen Weinbaus.Im Glas zeigt sich der trockene Wein in einem tiefen Rubinrot mit violetten Reflexen. Die Nase wird von dunklen Beeren, Kirschen und Pflaumen geprägt, begleitet von dezenten Röstaromen, Schokolade und feiner Vanille. Am Gaumen präsentiert sich der Pinotage weich, saftig und gut ausbalanciert, mit einer angenehmen Struktur und einem würzig-fruchtigen Nachhall.Die Trauben stammen aus traditionellen Buschweinanlagen (Bosstok), die für niedrige Erträge und hohe Konzentration sorgen. Nach der sorgfältigen Lese erfolgt die temperaturkontrollierte Gärung in Edelstahltanks, gefolgt von einer Reifung in französischen und amerikanischen Eichenfässern für zusätzliche Tiefe und Komplexität.Der MAN Family Wines Bosstok Pinotage ist ein idealer Begleiter zu gegrilltem Fleisch, würzigen Eintöpfen oder herzhaften Burgern. Auch zu Pizza und Pasta mit kräftigen Saucen passt er hervorragend.Für den optimalen Genuss empfehlen wir, diesen Rotwein bei einer Temperatur von 16–18 °C zu servieren.

The MAN Family Wines Skaapveld Shiraz from the South African region of Agter-Paarl has a deep Bordeaux red color. Aromas of licorice come to the fore on the nose. On the palate, the red wine is full-bodied, with notes of blackcurrants, plums and finely integrated tannins. The wine is wonderfully juicy, with a sweet spiciness and aromas of dried fruit.This exceptional wine comes from unirrigated growing areas. The grapes therefore develop a higher concentration of aromas. The harmonious MAN Family Wines Warrelwind Sauvignon Blanc has a pale straw color with green hues. On the nose, rich aromas of tropical fruit with notes of green apple and green pepper. On the palate, the taste of tropical fruits such as passion fruit and pineapple harmonize wonderfully with a crisp acidity.MAN Vintners Sauvignon Blanc is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon to give the wine more complexity. 70% of the grapes come from the warmer growing areas of the Agter-Paarl region, 30% from higher altitude areas in Stellenbosch. These vines bring the greener, spicier notes. The harvest took place over a period of three weeks, so that the grapes of different ripeness levels produce a greater depth of flavor.MAN Vintners Sauvignon Blanc goes wonderfully with sushi, fish, Thai cuisine and salads. Or simply enjoy it as an aperitif.About the MAN Vintners winery from the Agter-Paarl region in the Western Cape province of South Africa: José Conde and the brothers Tyrrel and Philip Myburgh began creating wine together in 2001. 30 farmers in the Agter-Paarl region supply the winery with 95% of the grapes. Almost 80% of their vineyards are not irrigated, are rather low-yielding and more than half of them are "bush vines", i.e. vines without wire frame training. A sign that they are old vines.Incidentally, the name MAN Family Wines has a charming history: José Conde and the Myburgh brothers explain that they had to teach their wives that their dream of a winery would also mean sacrificing a lot of time for private matters.
