Körperreich, vollmundig und mit langem Abgang ist dem Weingut Femar Vini aus Kampanien ein sehr eleganter Tropfen gelungen.Die Trauben der Aglianico-Rebe werden für den Epicuro Aglianico Puglia IGT in Edelstahltanks zu einem köstlichen Wein vergoren, welcher nach und nach ein sehr intensives Bouquet entwickelt. Mineralisches und vulkanisches Gestein kennzeichnen das Terroir um Kampanien und Veneventano, weshalb der Wein von typisch milder Würze geprägt ist.Das kräftige Bouquet enthält Noten von reifen, dunklen Beeren, Gewürzen und Pflaumen sowie subtile florale Akzente. Only autochthonous Aglianico grape varieties are used for this wine creation. The dry wine impresses in the glass with its bright cherry pink color. The nose is characterized by a pronounced fruity bouquet, in which the predominant notes of wild strawberries and raspberries are combined with more subtle notes of cherry and pomegranate.
