Eine 20-25 tägige Gärung der drei einzelnen Rebsorten erfolgt in Edelstahltanks. Anschließend verbleibt der Wein 2-3 weitere Monate auf der Feinhefe, wodurch er an Komplexität und Cremigkeit gewinnt. Nur der Chardonnay reift 3 Monate in französischen Eichenfässern. Ein genussvoller Wein ist das Resultat. Im Geschmack voller tropischer Fruchtaromen und frischen Zitrusnoten. Ein reichhaltiger und vollmundiger Weißwein.Felix Solis schreibt zu diesem Wein:"Der Kingpin regiert sein Reich mit fester Autorität. Der verführerische Charme dieses Weins lockt ihn aus dem Schatten. Hinter seiner unbändigen Kraft erweist sich der Kingpin auch als ziemlich entspannt. In diesem Wein findet der Kingpin seinen Meister."Ein besonderer Genuss ist diese Cuvée bei einer Trinktemperatur von 6-8°C. Felix Solis Kingpin Tinto

This red wine from Spain wonderfully unites the Tempranillo, Shiraz and Cabernet grape varieties, resulting in a powerful cuvée. The Felix Solis Kingpin matured for about 4 months in American oak casks and is a cherry red in the glass with a clear rim.The dry wine is very complex and aromatic on the nose, recalling ripe black fruit. The Kingpin offers fragrances of fresh balsamic vinegar, along with hints of leather and vanilla. On the palate, it is elegant, vivid and full-bodied, offering fruit aromas, mineral notes and fine nuances of cocoa. The finish is fresh and rich.The Felix Solis Kingpin goes beautifully with pizza, risotto or tangy cheeses.

The successful wine The Guv’nor, produced by Felix Solis, is now also available as a white wine. Three grape varieties from the Castilla La Mancha region unite to create this wonderful cuvée. The Guv’nor Blanco offers impressive, sumptuous aromas of tropical fruit and fresh citrus notes. On the palate, this Spanish white wine is rich and charming. The percentage of Chardonnay used matured for 3 months in French oak casks, giving the Guv’nor Blanco expressiveness and stability. The Guv'nor Rosado

The Guv’nor Rosado has now completed the Guv’nor line from the Félix Solís estate in Spain with a rosé. The red and white wines, with their concentrated yet flavourful style, are already extremely successful, and this impressive rosé, consisting mainly of Garnacha and smaller percentages of Tempranillo and Bobal, follows this approach as well.The wine shimmers a delicate strawberry pink in the glass, offering notes of raspberries, nectarines and strawberries in its bouquet. On the palate, the Guv’nor Rosado is fruity and mature. The balance between its light acidity and the fruity sweetness is invigorating, fresh and delicate. The finish is accompanied by a fine creaminess.This Rosado is a perfect medium-dry rosé wine to enjoy on a summer evening.
