The Appassionante Rosso Veneto is a blend consisting of the Merlot, Sangiovese and Corvina grape varieties. Before fermentation, the Merlot and Corvina grapes are dried on wooden racks – hence the name ‘Appassionante’ for this wine, which is a garnet red in colour with distinct glints. It offers aromas of red fruit on the nose, along with slightly spicy notes. On the palate, the Cielo Appassionante Rosso Veneto excels with its liveliness and complexity.The wine is full-bodied, complex and harmonious. It tastes intensely of dark cherries and plums, showing hints of cassis. Well-balanced tannins predominate in the finish, with a lovely fruity sweetness. This is an altogether luscious, round wine.Try the Appassionante Rosso Veneto with pasta or risotto. It is also an ideal accompaniment to grilled dishes and ripe, tangy cheeses.

Cielo e Terra 10 Rose Frizzante

Fruchtig, spritzig und wunderbar leicht ist der Cielo e Terra 9° Rosé Frizzante. Der leicht perlende Rosé wird aus Merlot-Trauben hergestellt. Die Gärung mit selektierten Hefen findet bei kontrollierter Temperatur statt. Anschließend reift der Perlwein in Edelstahltanks. Die Nase ist fruchtig mit Aromen von Erdbeeren, Himbeeren, Birnen und roten Johannisbeeren und leichten blumigen Noten. Am Gaumen ist der halbtrockene Frizzante fruchtig und erfrischend.Der geringe Alkoholgehalt von nur 9 Vol% macht den Cielo e Terra 9° Rosé Frizzante zu einem idealen Terrassen- und Sommerwein, der sowohl als Aperitif als auch als Begleiter zu sommerlichen Speisen eine gute Figur macht.

Der Frizzante Bianco von Cielo ist ein prickelnder italienischer Perlwein aus Garganega-Trauben. Er beeindruckt mit einem Alkoholgehalt von nur 10,5% vol. Im Bouquet finden sich feine Fruchtnoten. Am Gaumen ist der prickelnde Weißwein elegant und schön erfrischend. Das Finale ist intensiv und langanhaltend. Bei der Herstellung wurde die Méthode charmat verwendet. The 3 Passo is a special organic wine. Its name implies the method of wine production. Expressed in simple terms, the wine is blended from three components. One third of the wine is made from overripe grapes that are processed using the appassimento method. The second third of the wine is naturally fermented. The pumping over (remontage) gives the wine more colour and taste. After fermentation, the last third of the wine remains in wooden casks for some time, giving the Cielo e Terra 3 Passo its special character and aromas of vanilla and spices. The wine is a deep garnet-red in colour and offers intense notes of ripe fruit on the nose. The bouquet is complemented by light wood aromas. The wine is powerful on the palate, showing rich fruit aromas and slightly notes of vanilla. The 3 Passo is soft, harmonious and full-bodied, with a complex, prolonged finish. Serve this wonderful wine from Apulia with hearty dishes such as T-bone steaks, for example.

Der Cielo e Terra Amaregis Amarone Riserva della Valpolicella DOCG ist ein intensiver und angenehmer Wein mit reichlich Noten von schwarzen Früchten und Brombeeren, gefolgt von einem Duft nach Balsamico und Gewürzen. Corvina und Rondinella Trauben wurden in diesem herrlichen Rotwein vermählt, der in Valpolicella vom italienischen Weingut Cielo e Terra erschaffen wurde.Die Trauben werden selektiv geerntet und dann in kleinen Kisten 3 bis 4 Monate lang zum Trocknen gelagert. Dies geschieht in einer Umgebung, in der der Wind seine Arbeit tun kann, um Schimmel zu vermeiden. Sobald die Trauben ausreichend getrocknet sind, werden sie gepresst, verarbeitet und in Edelstahltanks gelagert. Schließlich reift der Wein vier Jahre lang in großen Eichenfässern.

Veneto, a region in north-eastern Italy, is the home of the Cielo e Terra winery. Since ancient times, the fertile region has been rich in vineyards. Here grows the Glera grape, until 2009 called Prosecco, which is the basis of the Cielo e terra Prosecco Frizzante DOC. The Italian sparkling wine, also called Secoo in Germany, has a much lower carbonic acid pressure than the conventional sparkling wine and tingles (ital. frizzare) only slightly.After the grapes are harvested, fermentation takes place in pressurised tanks at controlled temperatures. In the glass, the delicious sparkling wine presents itself in a platinum yellow. The nose is beguiled by notes of typical fruits such as apple and quince. On the palate, the fresh frizzante is lively due to its fruit acidity and convinces with a wonderful finish.The Cielo e Terra Prosecco Frizzante DOC should be served well chilled at temperatures of 6-8°C. Frizzante is preferably served as an aperitif. In addition, this Italian sparkling wine harmonises with starters and salads.
