The Numina Gran Corte from Argentina’s prestigious Salentein estate is part of the premium range of the winery, and thus simultaneously one of the best Argentine wines. At Salentein, the decades of expertise of oenologist Jose Galante, a perfect terroir, a bold approach to innovation, and substantial investment in its cellars and technology complement each other to create an extremely fruitful environment from which wines like the Numina emerge.Only the best Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot grapes are united to compose this unique blend. The Malbec variety, which is predominant in this wine, is the most widely established vine in Argentina. The grapes come from the Uco Valley in Mendoza, located at the foot of the Andes. The vines grow in vineyards at an altitude of up to 1,700 metres and benefit from lots of sun during the day and cooler temperatures at night. They are watered by the pure meltwater from the Andes.The Salentein Numina Gran Corte is a light, very intense crimson in colour. It is elegant and complex on the nose, offering notes of tobacco, cassis, bilberries, spices, vanilla and caramel. On the palate, this wine from South America shows all its typical characteristics, with lots of aromas of dark berries and soft, sweet and fine tannins. The finish is extremely long.This wine is the perfect blend of stunning fruit, which does not remain predominant but is compensated by sufficient complexity and depth.Decanted and enjoyed at a temperature of 16°C (60.8°F), the Salentein Numina Gran Corte is a very special delight. In particular, it is perfect to enjoy on its own, but also goes beautifully with grilled dishes, pasta, beef and game.

Der Trapiche Astica Cabernet Sauvignon ist ein kräftiger und charaktervoller Rotwein aus Argentinien, der aus der Weinregion Mendoza stammt, wo das Weingut Trapiche beheimatet ist.Es handelt sich um einen 100%tigen Cabernet Sauvignon. Die Trauben reifen in der Sonne Mendozas, was ihnen intensive Aromen und reichhaltige Geschmacksnuancen verleiht. Der Astica Cabernet Sauvignon präsentiert sich mit einer tiefen rubinroten Farbe, die seine Kraft und Tiefe widerspiegelt. In der Nase entfalten sich verlockende Aromen von dunklen Beerenfrüchten wie schwarzen Johannisbeeren und Brombeeren. Es sind auch subtile Noten von Gewürzen, wie z.B. schwarzer Pfeffer. Am Gaumen zeigt sich der Wein vollmundig und kraftvoll mit gut integrierten Tanninen. Der Trapiche Astica Cabernet Sauvignon hat einen langen und anhaltenden Abgang.Dieser Rotwein eignet sich hervorragend als Begleitung zu herzhaften Gerichten. Noten von Kirschen sowie balsamische Nuancen und unterschwellige Graphit-Töne und Anklänge von Pfeffer und Schokolade sind merklich.Am Gaumen ist dieser Rotwein aus den argentinischen Lagen Maipú, Luján de Cuyo and Uco Valley wunderbar fruchtbetont, vollmundig und harmonisch.15 Monate reifte der rubinrote Rotwein aus der Mendoza-Region in französischen Eichenfässern, wobei auch ein kleinerer Anteil neuer Fässer eingesetzt wurde. Auch das trägt dazu bei, dass dieser argentinische Cabernet Sauvignon nach dem Trinkgenuss noch lange nachhallt.Genießen Sie den reinsortigen Cabernet bei einer Trinktemperatur von 16 bis 18 Grad. Er passt sehr gut zu Ossobuco, dem traditionellen Schmorgericht der italienischen Küche, kräftigeren Pastagerichten mit Fleisch oder auch zu kräftigeren Eintöpfen.

The Trapiche Tesoro Cabernet Sauvignon comes from the famous wine region of Mendoza, Argentina. The traditional Bodega Trapiche, known for its excellent wine quality, produces an expressive red wine full of character with this wine, which reflects the typical characteristics of the grape variety in a wonderful way.The red wine has a deep ruby red color with violet reflections. The nose reveals intense aromas of blackcurrants, plums and cherries, accompanied by spicy notes such as tobacco, chocolate and mocha. On the palate, the Tesoro Cabernet Sauvignon is full-bodied with soft, supple tannins, a harmonious acidity and a long, spicy finish.The wine matured for 13 months in used oak barrels, which gives it additional complexity and fine roasted aromas.The Trapiche Tesoro Cabernet Sauvignon is an excellent accompaniment to venison steak with a blackcurrant sauce.
